By submitting an estimate request through this website or otherwise contacting us for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not submit a request.

2. Estimate Requests

Submitting a request through our website is not a binding contract and does not guarantee service availability. All estimate requests are subject to our review, availability, and scheduling.

We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 business hours. A response from us acknowledges your request — it is not a binding commitment until a written estimate or service agreement is signed by both parties.

All estimates provided are based on information supplied at the time of the request. Changes to project scope, surface conditions, or materials may affect the final price and will be communicated to you before work begins.

3. Services

We provide interior painting, exterior painting, pressure cleaning, commercial painting, and residential remodeling services in South Florida. The specific scope of any engagement is defined by the written estimate or service agreement for that project.

We reserve the right to decline any service request at our sole discretion.

4. Pricing and Payment

All pricing is established in the written estimate provided prior to the start of work. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise noted.

Payment terms (deposit requirements, progress payments, and final payment) are specified in your individual service agreement. We accept the payment methods listed in that agreement. All amounts are in U.S. dollars.

Any additional work requested beyond the original scope will be quoted and approved in writing before it is performed.

5. Scheduling and Cancellations

Project start dates are scheduled by mutual agreement. We will make reasonable efforts to honor agreed schedules; however, weather, material availability, or other factors outside our control may require rescheduling. We will notify you as promptly as possible in such cases.

If you need to cancel or postpone a scheduled project, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to fees as specified in your service agreement.

6. Your Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth project, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the project, including surface conditions, access restrictions, and any known hazards.
• Ensure safe and reasonable access to the work area at the agreed times.
• Secure or remove personal property and valuables from work areas prior to project start.
• Notify us promptly of any concerns or changes before or during the project.

7. Warranty

We stand behind our workmanship. Any warranty specific to your project will be detailed in your written service agreement. Warranties cover defects in our workmanship and do not extend to pre-existing surface conditions, damage caused by weather or acts of nature, or materials supplied by others.

Manufacturer warranties on paints and materials are governed by those manufacturers' policies and are separate from our workmanship warranty.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sixto Soto Painting Services, INC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website or from any services provided, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

9. Website Use

This website is provided for informational purposes only. We make no representations or warranties that the website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You use this website at your own risk.
